The remit of the project was to introduce more living space into the property which will include two en-suite bedrooms, a utility room, a connecting garage and a total refurbishment of the original property.

 

This will include a complete electrical re-wiring and new plumbing which will require new drainage and sewage system designed to meet current legislation and to introduce a modern smart home heating system. 

 

In order to achieve the above, a close working relationship was established with the architect to meet the client's requirements. This was achieved by Ant Construction Ltd project managing the entire project from conception to fulfilment. The project was completed on time and within budget.
