The remit was to upgrade the current MOT testing facilities. The scope was to increase productivity and provide a safe and comfortable environment for staff and members of the public whilst complying with DOT specifications.

 

The project required working within very tight constraints as the business still had to operate and provide an undisrupted workflow. A new viewing and waiting room was constructed along with a state of the art testing facility within the confines of the existing building.

 

The project was achieved within budget and ahead of time, this was achieved by adopting flexible working hours and resourcing accordingly in order to fulfil the requirements of the project.
