CASE STUDY: YORK ROAD, WOKING

 

 

A challenging project in the heart of Woking town centre, with limited access and a tight working space logistic management, was key.

 

Every detail on this project was designed to maximise the use of space and light, The large aluminium skylight flooded light into the new dining area.The kitchen flowed effortlessly into the utility room and ensured the house had a great usability to it. Upstairs the old bathroom was removed and reconfigured to allow passage into the new rear bedroom which had a vaulted ceiling to again maximise the use of every inch.

 

The external patio and landscaping was the final push that brought this 1960’s house into the modern era from style to functionality it transformed the lives of the clients.
