The project was to build a 12m x 10m structure which will comprise of a double story side extension progressing into a single story rear extension. Hardscaping front and rear were executed in order to complete the final finish of the project. An ‘agreed’ time was a 6-month build.

 

The scope of the project was to implement a ‘modern living style’ by introducing light and space into the structure also with the addition of an en-suite master bedroom. In order to achieve the above a close working relationship had to be developed between Ant Construction Ltd, the client and the architect. This allowed a bespoke finish to be achieved thus meeting the client's criteria. The heating system was upgraded including bespoke underfloor heating and a complete upgrade to the electrics. The services were updated in order to meet the capacity of the new extension. The project was completed within time and budget.
